You have been told to cut your training budget by cutting down the face-to-face time on your management development programme (you may refer to an existing programme in your organisation). The programme can be delivered over any time frame you consider suitable

 

Carefully consider what parts of the content could be delivered by learning technology to meet the learning objectives.

Answer these questions:

  1. What sessions need to be kept face-to-face and why?
  2. What online methods would you choose to replace face-to-face sessions and why?
  3. What would the challenges be for the learners and how would you address these?
